What is active
We use no first-party HTTP cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site identifiers. Photos, flags and fonts are served locally. Local storage also requires transparency even where it is not a cookie.
Your choice
local-privacy-v1 stores the version, offline choice and date for 180 days solely to respect your preference. Reopen the options in the footer. If storage is blocked, the website remains accessible and offline mode stays off.
Optional offline mode
Only after permission do we register a service worker and create local-* caches of public pages and assets. Form data is excluded. The session indicator local-welcome-v4 avoids repeating the animated welcome in the same session when this preference is allowed. Rejecting or withdrawing permission removes these caches and this app’s service worker registration. After 180 days, consent is reassessed on your next JavaScript-enabled visit; browser settings let you delete data sooner.

Opening WhatsApp, Instagram, maps or the Complaints Book is subject to their policies. We do not control storage on their domains. These services are not embedded in our pages.
